GSA

Overview

The GSA at Bay Path aims to support a sense of belonging for all students by helping create an environment in which all individuals are able to be themselves. All students should feel safe, respected, and accepted into their school community. The GSA aims to promote equality for Bay Path’s students by educating them on issues of diversity and tolerance, encouraging confidence, and providing comfort and community for those students who need extra support. The GSA celebrates diversity and strives to create inclusive spaces inside and outside of the classroom. We understand that social and cultural awareness, tolerance, and cooperation are important components of a thriving learning environment. We aim to improve and create new pathways for acceptance of all LGBTQIA+ students and their allies, reflecting to our students that how we treat each other matters, and that leading with kindness and acceptance builds a strong community both in and outside of our school.
